Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 48 hrs to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hrs to let you know your order is on the way! 

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 48hrs using Canada Post. Flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping to Canada. Optional: We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.

 

​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $10 flat rate shipping to Canada.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Not offering international shipping at this time 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to X days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@layerapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
